My Nook

My NookColor has become Luci's NookColor. I swear that kid is addicted to Read To Me books and Angry Birds! I may have to purchase a new NookColor for myself just so I can get my reading in. At least the thing reads to her so it's not a complete waste of time. I really want to start making her school area so I can access all the nice homeschooling stuff I've bought over the last few months but the house is still a wreck. I need to go through all of her clothes and toys since they are taking over the house but it's such a huge undertaking that I can't seem to find the motivation to just begin somewhere.

Dance Classes

Luci's last pre-ballet and tap/jazz classes of Summer were this week. She's been doing really well in ballet but I think tap/jazz annoys her because all the kids are so energetic and hyperactive and there's a lot of noise, so I'll probably just keep her in ballet from here on out. Once she's five she can take music lessons as well. Since we have a keyboard at home, we'll start with piano and see how she takes to it.

Brushwood/Camping

Wow! What a great weekend we had! Nobody got sunburned, it didn't rain and we all had a great time. I have a bunch of photos I need to get posted at some point, but we all had a fun vacation. Luci keeps asking when we can go on vacation again, but I think our next more than overnight trip will be in the Fall/Winter.
